Convenient same-day care in San Marcos
HealthExpress provides walk-in or telemedicine care in San Marcos for minor illnesses and injuries. Select immunizations are also available. Caring for those 2 and older, HealthExpress is here for you and your family when you need medical care the same day, including evenings and weekends.
HealthExpress is located in Scripps Coastal Medical Center San Marcos, off Highway 78 and Twin Oaks Valley Road in the North City area of San Marcos. Download and print a map of our campus (PDF, 370 KB).
Our same-day, walk-in clinic provides care for a number of communities in North County San Diego, including North City San Marcos, San Elijo, Escondido, Valley Center and Fallbrook. Onsite free parking is available.
Walk-in clinic services and payment options
Scripps HealthExpress accepts most health insurance plans, and your visit is billed to your insurance plan as a primary care office visit (excluding sports and camp physicals), as well as any tests in the office. These charges may include things such as rapid strep test, blood glucose and X-rays. If additional tests or X-rays are needed, you will be billed separately.
When you are paying out-of-pocket or making a co-pay, we accept credit cards, cash and checks.
